Q: What size do I need?

A: The unit size you may require can vary greatly, depending on the size of your furniture and how high you can stack boxes. Use our size guide or call a manager at one of our local facilities. We will be happy to assist you in determining what size that will work best for you.

 

Q: Do I need insurance?

A: We highly recommend insuring your items while they are in storage. Check your homeowners and renters insurance policy to see if your storage possessions are covered. If not, our onsite manager can assist you in acquiring reasonably priced self storage insurance.

 

Q: Can I pay for my storage unit via automatic debit?

A: Yes, you can setup monthly automatic debit with one of our site managers.

 

Q: Is there a minimum rental term?

A: The minimum rental term is one month. There are no prorates.

 

Q: Will I need a lock?

A: Yes, we encourage you to bring your own lock. Alternatively we do sell locks at our facilities, as well as many other helpful moving supplies.

 

Q: Is there a deposit?

A: No, there is a one time administration fee which is non-refundable.

 

Q: How do I get started renting a unit?

A: Come to one of our facilities with valid identification, fill out the rental agreement, and make the first payment.
